Installation Issues back
| 1) I downloaded MyPhotoZip but all I get is a flower I don’t know what your supposed to do? | |
| We understand that you are experiencing issues with installation. From what you've informed us, it appears you have downloaded the MyPhotoZip IE Plugin, not the MyPhotoZip Trial application. Go to http://shop.myphotozip.com/shop/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=14&cat=Trial then select the version you would like to try, then click ‘Order Selected Product’. This will bring you to a screen showing what you have selected for trial. If happy with your selection, click ‘Checkout’. You will be brought to a screen where you will enter your name and address. Once completed you will be brought to a screen where you will download the selected product. If you have any issues with this, please do not hesitate to contact us at custserv@myphotozip.com. |

A MyPhotoZip picture is saved as a .mpz file. Only MyPhotoZip can view these files. If you send a picture to a friend, they too must have MyPhotoZip running on their computer. We have made a free viewer available from our web site at |

| Currently the only supported OS is Windows 98/98Se/ME/NT/2000/XP. |

| MyPhotoZip will work with 32MB of memory, but for larger
images, more memory is recommended. |
